Clare's Hair Affair uses a variety of different hair extensions. All hair extensions are 100% cuticle remy human hair, available in multiple different shades so we can color match you perfectly, the hair can also be colored to provide a perfect match. The hair can be washed, styled and worn normally. Extensions are great for adding length, volume, color, or a combination of the three. I offer beaded sew in extensions in genius weft, hand tied and machine weft options. Along with Keratin tip, I-Tip, tape in, halos and custom clip ins.

Sew in extensions
Are they right for me?
I offer both volume wefts and hand tied extensions. I apply this method using silicone lined beads to create a base or foundation to sew the wefts onto using nylon thread. It is a fast full coverage method that uses no heat or adhesive. A 5-6 week adjustment appointment is needed. Sew ins are great for just about anyone.
I-tip Extensions
Are they right for me?
I-Tip Extensions are installed using strand by strand application for maximum versatility and movement. The polyurethane I-Tip acts as a cushion for the natural hair while the high quality copper beads hold them in place. This method does not use any heat or glue and is water and sweat resistant. They do require a 5-6 week adjustment service. The tips can also come in micro sizes for finer hair guests making them a great choice for almost anyone!
K-tip Extensions
Are they right for me?
These Keratin protein tips have a silicone additive and are applied with a heating element to safely adhere to the hair. The strands are protected from damage by creating a coating on the hair while being attached. The small bonds allow for free and natural movement. These bonds can be customized to the smallest size making them able to be virtually undetectable. The are water resistant and do not need maintence. This method can be used on any hair type.
Tape in Extensions
Are they right for me?
Small weft pieces of hair which are lined with medical grade adhesive tape are placed sandwiching the natural hair in between and creating a more full coverage affect. They can be removed and the tape replaced to reuse the hair multiple times. These make them a great candidate for fine thinning hair as they can lay very flat and close to the scalp.
